Pad Plunger

The PCS Pad Plungers have one, two or three sections of spring-loaded pads that allow the plunger to move up and down hole while forming a seal around the imperfections of the tubing.  Pad plungers tend to last longer because the pads expand as the outer diameter wears against the tubing wall.

The PCS Pad Plunger is also designed with the PCS patented locking system to ensure the pads will not fall apart or come loose under normal cyclical conditions. 

The PCS Pad Plunger is best suited for wells that produce light oil, condensate or water; wells that have low pressure or produce below the critical flow rate and for marginal wells.
