PCS" durable wireline retrievable (or side pocket) mandrels feature a standard side pocket profile to receive gas lift valves, chemical injection valves, circulating valves, dummy valves or other related equipment. The pocket configuration can also be modified to meet various applications, including waterflood injection, chamber lift, chemical injection and annular (casing) flow.
Our wireline retrievable mandrels are available in both oval body and round body designs and feature the following:
Orienting sleeve to provide positive alignment to the pocket during wireline operations
Deflector guards to direct other tools away from the pocket
Drift I.D. compatible with most tubing sizes and weights
Available in various materials and hardness ranges to meet a variety of service environments
One-piece forged pocket with deflectors available
Special clearance mandrels available for small casing sizes
Accept all standard 1" and 11⁄2" gas lift equipment

PCS wireline retrievable gas lift valves are available in both the WP and WF Series.
WP Series: wireline retrievable, injection pressure operated gas lift valves.
Integral reverse flow check valve prevents tubing to casing back flow

Mechanical travel stop increases cycle life of bellows
Replaceable floating Monel® or tungsten carbide seat
Available in 1" and 11⁄2" O.D.
WF Series: wireline retrievable, production pressure operated gas lift valves.
Excellent for dual well installations (use with oval body mandrels)
