Jeff Giacomino
President

Jeff Giacomino co-founded Production Control Services (PCS) with Bruce Victor in 1985. He has 30 years of experience in the plunger lift industry. During his career, Jeff has been responsible for many plunger lift product innovations. He holds patents on a number of products, including the Pad Plunger with One-Piece Locking End Members, the Slidable Sleeve Plunger and the SmartPlunger®. Prior to starting PCS, Jeff serviced plunger lift wells for Daniel Industries. He attended Henry Ford Community College.
Bruce Victor
Vice President

Bruce Victor has been in the plunger lift business for three decades. Since co-founding PCS with Jeff Giacomino in 1985, Bruce has invented unique plunger designs and made significant advancements to standard plunger lift. He holds patents on several well-known plunger products, including the Internal Shock Absorber Bypass Plunger, the Sand Plunger and the Liquid Aeration Plunger. Before founding PCS, Bruce began his career as a plunger lift operator for Daniel Industries.
Stuart Harlow
Executive Vice President

Stuart Harlow holds responsibility for the management, business planning and sales activities of the company's Opti-Flow™ Gas Lift business unit. Stuart was a founding member and managing partner of Opti-Flow, LLC, which was acquired by PCS in 2008. Stuart brings more than 30 years of experience in domestic and international gas lift operations, with an emphasis on sales, service and management. He played a key role in the successful integration of the Opti-Flow line of products and services into PCS' business operations. Stuart holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University.
Robert Wilczek
Secretary, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer

Robert Wilczek oversees the company's accounting, finance and treasury functions, as well as its information technology and human resources departments. Robert has 30 years of experience in finance and accounting with manufacturing companies. His experience includes financial systems implementation, SEC reporting and compliance, financial reporting and cost accounting. Prior to joining PCS in 2001, Robert was the controller for the Colorado division of EM Solutions, a contract electronics manufacturer. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Oklahoma State University and received his Certified Public Accountant certification in the State of Texas.
Andrew (Drew) Boldt
Vice President of Sales

Drew Boldt has more than 25 years of direct sales and sales management experience. He oversees the sales and marketing activities of the company throughout the U.S. and Alberta, Canada. Since joining PCS in 1995, Drew's has served in sales and service, operations and sales management roles. He was named Vice President of Sales in 2004. Prior to joining PCS, Drew was a Field Operator at H.S. Resources and a self-employed owner of a Snap-On Tool franchise.
Darryl Polasek
Vice President of Business Development

Darryl Polasek supervises the Weatherford district and the Nitro2Go™ Nitrogen Generation business unit, growing it from just a handful of employees to the full-service operation it is today. He has helped to develop key business relationships in emerging areas for the company, including Pennsylvania, Arkansas, South Texas, North Dakota, and Colorado. Darryl's primary focus is on delivering superior customer service and fostering a good work environment. He joined Opti-Flow in 2005 after earning degrees in Business Administration and Management from Sam Houston State University.
Jason Thompson
Vice President of Manufacturing

In his role at PCS, Jason supervises 24/7 manufacturing operations at the company's 30,000-square-foot headquarters facility in Frederick, Colorado. He oversees all staffing and processes, including equipment and materials procurement, manufacturing, assembly, welding, testing, quality assurance and shipping of plunger lift equipment and gas lift valves, as well as the assembly and testing of electronic controller devices. Jason began his career as a Saw Operator at TD Machining in 1990 and advanced to Shop Supervisor in 1996. After acquiring TD Machining in 2000, PCS retained Jason to grow its manufacturing operations.
