PCS was established in 1985 by Jeff Giacomino and Bruce Victor. Jeff and Bruce built the company on the core values of bringing high quality products and oil and gas well experience to every customer. These values have been extended to an ever growing company, retaining key employees for over 19 years, while continually searching for new staff members with a passion to help PCS customers increase their daily production rates.
